Biosketch

I am a cell biologist, with a PhD in Biomedical Sciences obtained in 2016 from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Where I investigated the role of Myo1g in B lymphocytes, this project generated 3 manuscripts, where I am listed as first author or co-first author. In 2018, I joined the laboratory of Dr. Lennon-Dumenil at Institut Curie, for one year. Subsequently, I joined Pende’s Lab where I am involved in different projects and establishing collaborations, so far, we have achieved a publication in the high impact journal Cell. My main interests are the study of cellular metabolism and its association with pathologies, as well as the study of cytoskeleton dynamics in immune cells
