I obtained a Masters degree in cellular, gene and tissue biotherapies from Paris-Est Créteil University in 2011. My interest in biotherapies developed for human diseases was ignited during my bachelor degree studies. It has spurred during my first research experiences in different academic labs as undergraduate trainee in Pasteur Institute, the Gustave Roussy Institute and Genethon. The overall aim of my M2 project was to investigate RNA-targeting therapeutic approache for 2 severe cardiac and skeletal muscle disorders. I started my professional career as engineer in the team of Mario Pende " cell growth by nutrients" in 2011 at INEM. I work on the field of cellular biology to elucidate mTOR signaling pathway in vivo. In a decade, I developed and worked on several relevant mouse models of mTORopathy like Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC) rare disease.
